Dr Linda is a former employee of large corporates and universities. With her specialist skills, she worked at various levels of organisations and was the manager of leanerships, internships and graduate programmes at one of the big banks in South Africa. It was then that she clearly identified the factors that hinder most young people from operating optimally upon joining an organisation.
Dr Linda Chipunza achieved her doctorate in 2007, and the title of her doctoral thesis was What men say, How women say: An exploration of the interactional mechanisms at play in management meetings. It was during her doctoral studies that she gained full insights into the problems facing many companies as they take on board new recruits.

She has been involved in the fields of Teaching, Training, Facilitating Learning and Human Development all her working life.
Throughout her 40-year career, she has been involved in several consultancy projects around learning and development. Her cumulative experience in the fields of education, training, and human development at various levels, especially those undertaken in the corporate world, brings a unique blend of skills, knowledge, maturity and a rich background working as an educator, advisor, coach and trainer.
This enables Dr Chipunza to work with business leaders and their staff. She also has advisory experience working with management dealing with consumers in developing and applying new and innovative products and services.

TIMING OF THE PROGRAMS?
Programs are offered to corporates and institutions on a needs basis and, at times, suitable for the client.
Face-to-face facilitation is preferred, which can be supplemented by online individualised activities and support.
Dr Linda Chipunza has more than 40 years of experience in the field of Human Development, most of which were spent teaching at Teacher Training Colleges, University level and in the Banking Industry, where she was head of learnerships, internships and graduate programmes for one of the leading banks in South Africa.
She has also been involved in several consultancy projects, which she completed successfully. She is a certified life and business coach.
She served on the South African Board for People Practices as the Deputy Board Chairperson for five years.
She works with a team of experienced specialist subject matter experts as facilitators, whom she calls upon as the need arises.
She is currently Board Chairperson of Metbank Limited Zimbabwe
